HOW TO USE :
Hair: Apply oil to the scalp. Leave for a minimum of 2 hrs. for the oil to penetrate the scalp and hair follicles before wash. Leave the oil on scalp overnight to reduce severe body heat. For Reducing Body Heat: Rub a drop of oil on feet, hands and belly.
For Body Massage: Apply castor oil gently on your body and massage in circular motions. Leave it 1-2 hours and wash off .
