This kit has 4 Medium Flow Pads , 3  Heavy Flow Pads, carry on pouch and an  easy drying string. The pads come in a Naari Jute bag.

The Lithe Collection pads are two-piece pads. One leak proof layer & foldable inserts that can be inserted into the leak proof layer. You will get 7 big inserts & 3 small inserts with this kit. You can manage your entire period, through the heavy flow and not so heavy flow days with this kit.  The Naari Cloth pad is made out of 100%organic vegetable dyed cotton cloth which has been washed several times to ensure it absorbs liquid quickly and feels soft on your skin. The inner layers are made from super absorbent diaper cloth for maximum retention without causing a wet feeling.The leak-proof layer is gum-coated cotton which ensures you stay spot free for a long time. The easy drying string helps enable faster & better drying.

Care Instructions:

• Avoid using harsh detergent with the pad
• Avoid using loose-fitting underwear
• Avoid wearing it longer than 6 hours
• Avoid wearing a wet/semi-wet pad
• Avoid leaving the pad in an open area where it can accumulate dust
• Changing the pad once a day is recommended
